Annual clinic appointments will be sent to all CHD patients, please ask for an earlier appointment if worried. Please phone the practice on 01357 522 993 for Strathaven, 01355 261 666 for Alison Lea, or 01355 236331 for Greenhills between 8.30am and 6.00pm to arrange this.
